Bellissima vacanza
Ottimo appuntamento, dotato di tutto ciò che poteva servire, particolarmente apprezzata lavatrice ed aria condizionata, presente anche ferro da stiro ed asse da stiro, kit pronto soccorso ed estintore, seggiolone per bambini e lettino da campeggio. L' abitazione non ha gas ma solo alimentazione elettrica, sia per i fornelli che per lo scaldabagno, è dotata di microonde e macchinetta del caffè a cialde o moka. Molto apprezzata la zona libri, sia per bambini che per adulti ed il reparto giochi da tavolo, la TV con possibilità di accedere a tutte le piattaforme a pagamento. Strepitoso il terrazzo dotato di ombrellone, 2 sdraio, barbecue e tavolo con 4 sedie oltre a poltroncine e tavolino per godere di ottimi tramonti sul mare. Comodissima la doccia esterna ed il lavandino per lavare i costumi e stenderli.
Un po' lontano al centro del paese, che può essere un bene o un male, dipende dai punti di vista. Necessario l'uso della macchina per qualunque acquisto. Un po' rumoroso, avendo la ferrovia accanto ma, chiudendo bene le finestre e dopo una giornata al mare ci si abitua e non ci si fa più caso.

From the very first moment, we felt at home here. We truly appreciate your kindness in picking us up from the train station, showing us around Santa Marinella, and giving us such a warm welcome. Finding the fridge stocked with food after our journey was such a thoughtful and generous surprise – it meant a lot to us. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. We had a fantastic stay and will always remember our time here with great joy. Thank you for everything. We wish you many happy guests in the future, and we hope to come back one day!
