  Nice place

  The villa is very large and spacious. We stayed there as a group of eight, and there was more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. It is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need for cooking and preparing meals. There are plenty of bathrooms and toilets, so even with eight people, this was never an issue. The villa also has two large terraces, perfect for relaxing, having meals together, and enjoying a barbecue. Overall, everything was very comfortable and well thought out. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the villa. There is also private parking for two cars, and the garage is very easy and convenient to access. The garage is very well equipped with lots of useful things for enjoying the sea and outdoor activities. There are paddleboards, plenty of equipment for children, and many other items that make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient. It was a lovely bonus to have all of this available at the villa, especially for families or anyone planning to spend time by the sea.

  The air conditioning is only available on the upper floor. However, we found the bedrooms comfortable at night and didn’t feel too hot while sleeping.

  La casa en general y la piscina.

  Deberían esmerarse más en la limpieza: montón de arena en el sofá y suciedad debajo, almohadas y colchones con manchas amarillas, desagüe de una de las duchas lleno de pelos ( no tragaba) y cacas de gato en los cojines del sillón de una de los balcones. El armario de una de las habitaciones de la planta baja olía a pis( el cambiador y la cuna de viaje estaban guardados ahí y desprendía ese olor).

  Very disappointing stay due to poor hygiene, maintenance issues and misleading facilities.

  The location was good and the pool location was good.

  I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the condition of the villa during our stay. The mattress on the second floor was badly stained and had a very strong smell of urine. The smell was extremely unpleasant and made us not want to sleep on the mattress at all. Unfortunately, we had no other choice. The smell of stale urine was very noticeable, and we found the condition of the mattress disgusting and completely unacceptable for paying guests. There was also a chair outside the bedroom that repeatedly had faecal matter and urine on it. Every day we had to remove and deal with this ourselves because the smell was horrendous. This was extremely unhygienic and not something guests should have to experience while staying in holiday accommodation. The villa was also advertised as having air conditioning plus a fans, which gave us the impression that adequate air conditioning would be available. However, there was only one A/C unit in the entire villa, located in the bedroom on the third floor. This was completely inadequate for the rest of the property. There were several other maintenance issues. The third-floor bathroom window would not close and was stuck open. The keys were also difficult to put into the locks because they were bent. Overall, the villa badly needs updating, along with a thorough inspection of its cleanliness and maintenance. The urine-stained mattress and the faecal matter and urine on the chair were particularly unacceptable and created an extremely unpleasant and unhygienic environment. The condition of the property was certainly not what we expected from the description and advertisement, and it had a significant negative impact on our stay. We feel that these issues, particularly the serious hygiene problems and the discrepancy regarding the air conditioning, warrant an appropriate response and compensation.
