    Red sea getaway

    Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are air-conditioned. Most needed amenities are available. There is a golf cart that travels to Piramisa but only at certain times.

    The served food is minimal. We often got to the buffet with very little left to dish despite it being at the start of the serving time. It is necessary to go to Piramisa, the sister hotel, for a decent plate of food as well as other facilities like pools and beach access. The bathroom was filthy, especially the bath. We had to change rooms as the plugs and taps in the original room did not work.

    Set up for food poisoning, nothing for kids, same food every day, construction sight.

    Spacious room Very helpful staff in Sunset Great Kids Land in Pyramisa

    - Extremely poisonous at Pyramisa. In 8 days our child got food poisoned 2 times and had diarrhea for 5 days. - Worst buffet ever in both Sunset and Pyramisa. EXACTLY the same food EVERY day with not even 1% difference. Almost got me issues eating cause you get tired of dry chicken and rice. - You are only allowed á la carte 1 time per week. You have to fight with the manager to get more than that. DO IT or you will for sure get sick. - Construction work all day - Slide not functional and playgrounds at Pyramisa is false marketing cause it belongs to V-resort. Nothing at all for kids except kids land. - Water is so cold in the pools so I didn't see one single person swim during our 8 days stay.
