    Disappointing. Run Down.

    It was a short walk to Sandy Bay and there were a few mini-marts close by. There was also a massage place just down the road. The rooms had mosquito nets and the beds were comfortable. They also provided bottled water daily.

    Staff were scarce. I went by reception several times to find someone. There was no bell or anything to tell you how to contact them. And with the internet working intermittently, it took me a day before I could find their contact details through Booking.com. The doors to the rooms were extremely difficult to lock when going out. We had three rooms side-by-side and all of us experienced this. The bathrooms were grubby with dirt stains and water stains. Plus the smell from the gas water heater would fill the bathroom and bedroom when someone was showering. The mini fridge in one of the rooms was making a constant noise. They don’t fill the pool enough for the infinity part to flow and the fountains don’t work. There are cracks along the walls and multiple tiles missing. And they only put the pump on when asked which meant the top of the water was covered in dust and bugs.
