    For me 10 points out of 10.

    Large villa on a cliff above the sea (but a bit away from the cliff edge, you don't have to worry about children), private heated pool, full amenities.

    As a minus, it would be possible to consider slight wear and tear of the property - sometimes leaky nets in the windows, sometimes peeling paint on the walls. If it were a five-star hotel, then I would consider it as a minus. In private accommodation, it's kind of part of it.

    Family get-together

    Spacious, clean villa in a quiet location. Owner very helpful. Pool was heated and there was a good selection of outdoor furniture snd su beds.

    Would have liked dishwasher tablets and more tea towels. Plastic glasses would have been good for outside around the pool.

    - location - views - easy access to hiking areas - spacious rooms - well supplied big kitchen

    - reported issues were not addressed during the stay - wastewater odour in bathroom and outside of the property - dust in the kitchen - insects (cockroaches? see the pictures)
