  Great host, overall would recommend.

  Good location, just out of the busy section of town but still close to amenities. Comfortable, clean and well maintained.

  Could do with more kitchen/cooking equipment. A coffee maker for Western European guests would be a good idea. Building site in front diminishes the outlook but this is a minor quibble

  Enjoying the Kazbek Mountains from your bed

  A very beautiful log cabin; you can see snow-capped mountains from your bed in the morning. With such a beautiful view, what more could you need? The host is also very friendly, communicates promptly, and accepts cash.

  This area seems to experience frequent water and power outages, so guests should be prepared. We encountered a power outage, water outage, and internet outage on our first night, which was a bit scary. Of course, this wasn't the hotel's fault.

  המיקום של הצימר במקום מעולה וקרוב למרכז, יש פרטיות, הצימר סגור במתחם עם חניה אישית. היה מסודר ונקי עם כלי מטבח, להכין ארוחת בוקר. המיטות גדולות.

  הכל היה מעולה, חוץ מבקיץ שחסר מאוורר לחדרים למעלה ורשתות.

  We stayed at Sunset Cottage in Kazbegi for 4 days, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The cottage was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. Having our own private area was a huge plus — it gave us a real sense of privacy and space to relax. The view was simply breathtaking — waking up to the mountains right outside our window every morning was unforgettable. Our host, Irina, was wonderfully attentive and responsive, always available to help and making sure we had everything we needed. You could really feel how much she cares about her guests. We’d highly recommend Sunset Cottage to anyone looking for peace, stunning views, and comfort in Kazbegi. We’ll definitely be back!
