    Enttäuschende Unterkunft in Benidorm!

    Geräumiges Apartment mit schöner Aussicht, gute Lage, kostenloser überdachter Parkplatz.

    Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war bis zu unserer Ankunft vor Ort ein bisschen schwer.Als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, erwartete uns die Gastgeberin mit ihren Kindern und einem Hund.Als sie uns die Wohnung zeigte, stand noch ein Eimer mit schmutzigem Wasser vom Bodenwischen in der Wohnung darin.Obwohl laut Booking keine Haustiere erlaubt sind (was einer der Gründe war, warum wir diese Unterkunft gewählt hatten), ließ die Besitzerin den Hund trotzdem in die Wohnung. Dann sagte ich ihr, sie solle ihn rauslassen, da ich eine Allergie habe. Als ich mich auf das Sofa setzen wollte, war es voller Hundehaare. Der Mülleimer im Badezimmer war voller Müll von vorherigen Gästen. Sie verlangte eine Kaution von 200 €, aber wir verstehen nicht warum.....von uns sie verlangte nur 100 €, weil sie sagte, wir hätten keine Kinder.
