    The check-in time stated on Booking.com was from 5:00 p.m., and the check-out time was 2:00 p.m. On the day of our departure, the host messaged us at 11:00 a.m. saying that we had to leave by 12:00 p.m. because they had a staffing issue with the people responsible for cleaning the house.
