  Odradzamy ten apartament każdemu kto oczekuje minimum komfortu i pomocy ze strony gospodarza.

  Lokalizacja blisko centrum Taorminy.Jednak aby dotrzeć do apartamentu z parkingu trzeba pokonać 500m i dziesiątki schodów w górę i w dół.Męczące i stresujące gdy walizki są ciężkie. Rekompensatą jest widok z tarasu.

  Beznadziejny kontakt z właścicielem.Kompletny brak instrukcji jak dotrzeć do apartamentu. Wyposażenie apartamentu nie odpowiada opisowi-niesprawna kuchnia i piekarnik, brak ręcznika papierowego, brak gąbki do mycia naczyń, brak suszarek do włosów, nie ma też deklarowanej mikrofalówki.W kuchni są mrówki.Po zgłoszeniu uwag gospodarz zamiast pomóc chciał nas wyrzucić.

  Pleasant apartment in good location in Taormina.

  The location, the roof terrace, the view. Inside it was simply but adequately furnished.

  It would have helped to have known the key box number before arrival. It took a few phone calls to gain entry. We were promised two hairdryers but there were none.

  Naze : dommage que zéro ne soit pas proposé

  Notre venue a été annulée 2 heures avant sans justificatif avéré. Le contact q promis un remboursement avant minuit . Il s’est “endormi “ sans s’en occuper avec une totale décontraction . Il q fallu se reloger , avancer des frais et réclamer plusieurs fois et avec insistance un remboursement total …… Expérience épouvantable . Logement à fuir

  Great location with many flaws

  Great location right in town with a nice terrace with a view of Etna, if slightly obstructed by another building.

  Communication with the host was difficult, no information was given to make arrival easier, the road in front of the Apartment is a very narrow dead end, you need to be able to drive well and be accustomed to Italian streets to drop off your luggage. The host refuses to communicate via booking, only via WhatsApp. No volunteering of information, like wifi passwords, the necessity to use a water-pressure-pump to shower (the first showers after arriving were by dripping water, not flowing), parking recommendations, etc.. When we finally got a parking recommendation, it was a complete rip-off (Porta Catania). The apartment itself has no hooks in the bathroom, the light switch is next to the mirror, so up to there you are fumbling in the dark, no toilet paper holder, the facet spouts are clogged. The door to the terrace leaks into the living room during rain. Check out was at 9:30, on that morning we got a message we could stay till 10:00, at 9:26 the cleaners rang the bell.
