    I would not stay or recommend staying at this apartment until it’s renovated. Cleanliness needs to be maintained for gue

    The living space and bedroom sizes were ok

    The place is not maintained well. Decor is deteriorating, walls are dirty and have holes in it. Wallpaper is coming off above the bed. Sofa is stained, next to the sofa is a small pouffe and it’s falling apart. Bar stool seats are destroyed. Espresso coffee maker does not work on the induction cooker, and the drip coffee maker had no filter to use with. Dishwasher was dirty , hasn’t been cleaned for probably a long time. Airco was not working when we got there . Called up the management team and eventually they’ve sent someone to clean it. Still didn’t work too well. Ants were coming on the kitchen counter or maybe they were cockroaches.. I don’t even want to know which one it was. The music from the next door club is too loud, we could not sleep for 3 nights.

    - anfänglicher Wasserschaden im Apartment - fehlende Duschtür = Bad nass und dreckig - nicht ausreichen Toilettenpapier/ Wäsche/ Handtücher - Spülmaschine/Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert

    Great location, well equipped

    Excellent location, well equipped, clean, comfortable, AC effective, super helpful staff. Very flexible check in and check out experience. The night club downstairs was not disturbing at all.
