    Nice and clean house.

Staff's slow respond to customer. Texted through booking.com and emailed them to ask about key-in instructions no reply. Called them directly asked to whatsapp them. Then whatsapp no reply. Only after a bit push then only replied. My first time booking airbnb with such slow response. No clear instructions on their property's booking.com.
