    this was one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in. Alex and his family were beautiful people, especially for Alex he helped us with all the information we needed and made our stay so memorable. highly recommend booking this property, i wish i could come back every few months. 11/10

    Staying at Efi’s place in Plaka was so amazing. We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time watching the sun set each evening with a digestif or over some food. The room itself is small, as other reviews have commented, but the private open roof space is huge and so very worth it! There’s a small kitchen for making food if you want, and the bathroom is sizeable. The whole space is really comfy and the locals in the area are really kind and happy to chat if you stop to say hi. Efi was super great with communication and offered some great tips. We really loved staying here and couldn’t recommend it more!

    Traumhafte Dachterrasse mit Wahnsinns-Ausblick. Stylische Möbel. Top Lage. Und vor allem die Vermieter Alex und Effi sind großartig, hilfsbereit, geben super Tipps und man muss sie einfach ins Herz schließen.

    The Best View in Plaka

    Alex is such a great host, so friendly and accommodating. The apartment has incredible views, very close to great restaurants in Plaka and a clean presentation. As others have noted there is a tight spiral staircase but we travelled light and for us the views were more than worth it!
