Perfect for short stays!
Very clean, location is good and great value!
The bathroom is inside one of the sleeping rooms and the chairs were not enough for all of us.

No privacy/ no terrace
Unfortunately, our stay at Sunset Peramo was very disappointing. The main issue was the terrace. In the Booking photos, the terrace appears to be private, showing only two chairs and a table. However, at check-in we were informed that the terrace was actually shared with another apartment and divided between the two units. This was very disappointing, as we had specifically expected a private outdoor space. Even worse, a person from the other apartment smoked many cigarettes in the morning and evening, so we could not use the terrace at all. We also could not keep the room door open to refresh the air, because the cigarette smoke entered our room. There were also other issues. The toilet had a defect and we had to push very hard and noisily in order to flush it. The apartment upstairs was also very noisy, with constant noise from furniture being dragged or scratching against the tile floor. For these reasons, I would not return to this accommodation. In my opinion, it does not justify a price of 130 euros per night. The only positive point is that the apartment was very clean.
