    nicht stattgefunden- frustriert und verunsichert eine neue Unterkunft organisiert

    Wir konnten sie nicht beziehen da der Vermieter zur Anreisezeit über Stunden nicht erreichbar war und wir die notwendigen Informationen zum einchecken nicht erhalten haben. Sowohl der Whatsapp- chat, noch die Handynummer und die “Notfallsnummer” waren erreichbar. Da es schon Abend wurde haben wir uns sehr kurzfristig vor Ort eine neue Unterkunft suchen müssen.

    Geräumiges Appartment in guter Lage in Tulum. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer und einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Fahrrad-/Rollerverleih sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch selber etwas kochen kann.

    Etwas ungünstig war, dass das Appartement bei unserer Ankunft um 17.15 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfähig war, sondern gerade erst mit der Reinigung begonnen wurde (obwohl der CheckIn ab 16.00 Uhr möglich ist). Wir konnten zwar unsere Koffer abstellen, mussten das Appartement dann aber nochmal für 1h verlassen. Beim Checkout war man dafür aber überraschend streng mit der Checkout-Zeit..

    Lovely place to stay

    Spacious apartment with lovely private rooftop and amazing warm pool to lounge on sunnu says. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores near. We had lovely 11nights here.

    Exceptional

    Clean and organized place , modern design,

    Noisy next to street specially morning too much of car and motorcycle noises, no elevator,sound of the pool is too much special at night and difficult to sleep
