The replacement stay was fine, but the booking process was stressful.
The replacement accommodation was good, clean and comfortable. Since we did not stay in the property we originally booked, this feedback refers only to the replacement accommodation.
The host never sent check-in information, ignored my messages for several days and did not respond through Booking support. We only received a response after arriving at the location and calling by phone. We were not given the accommodation we booked, because it had been double-booked. The replacement accommodation was good, but it was not the property I reserved, so I cannot review the original accommodation itself.
