Perfect location right next to the main transport hub. Many restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping available. Friendly staff. The 19th floor lounge can be used for light meals if required.

The elevator system can be a bit confusing. Card on the 13th floor could not access laundry and the bathroom had a bit of misty smell.
