El pis està acabat de reformar i és encantador i modern i còmode. L'aire condicionat funciona molt bé.

Està a un cinquè pis sense ascensor i bastant retirat del centre.

Jedyna prawdziwa wada, to brak windy, a to jednak 5 piętro. No i parking publiczny, a w Splicie z tym słabo.
