The location was great even though you had to climb to get there, ok for us but not great for any one with mobility issues. The apartment was clean and comfortable, having the balcony was lovely. The decor was simple but stylish.
There should be a notice to say not to close the patio doors as it can get locked, there should also be a clearer sign to say where the front door is as we couldn't find it straight away.

Would rent this again.
Juan was super helpful, even "after hours." He reserved us a taxi to the train station even though I missed his first offer during the afternoon and I didn't see it until evening. Also patiently helped me out when I kept messing up the front door combo. Everything in the apt worked and was modern and fairly new, no slipshod plumbing or anything like that. There is even a (shared) clothes washer. It is 10 minute walk to the beach. Stairway from street was not a big deal. And of course the view was marvelous!
The bed was a bit of a cheapo, but not horrible.

Good apartment with great view in nice neighborhood, but stairs and decent walk away from old town. Taxi are recommended

Pěkný výhled, účelné vybavení apartmánu.
Klimatizace jen v horní části apartmánu. Horší přístupnost k postelím v horní části. Nízký strop. Vstup k postelím v mezipatře po dřevěných přídavných schůdkách. Špinavé záclony. Nejsou nijak označeny vchodové dveře. Jedna přikrývka pro 2 osoby. TV pouze přes anténu.
