    We had a wonderful time at the sunshine house!

    The location was excellent, really close to the beach, grocery store, gas stations/ shops. The house is spacious and clean, very airy, very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs, cups (all glass! I loved that they didn't use plastic stuff), lots of silverware. The kitchen has a coffee maker, a water kettle, a blender, a toaster oven, and 3 large garbage cans. The dishwasher is great and very quiet. There was dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, paper towels, and kitchen towels. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are of good quality. Lots of bath and beach towels. Beach chairs, bicycles, and umbrellas are available. We didn't use the grill, but there's one available.

    The bathrooms could use a little updating. We had a little issue with one of them, but Ben sent a very nice guy to fix it ASAP. The oven is also extremely slow, taking me 2-3x longer than expected to bake anything.

    Great location close to the beach and lots of space.

    It is a little old but still has everything you need.

    He helped us with our stay and the house was absolutely beautiful i loved my stay!

    I loved the house it was so beautiful!

    The walk to the beach could of been better but it was not bad at all.
