The staff were very friendly, helpful, and polite. They were honestly the best part of our stay.
The room was not clean enough, and everything looked much older and more worn out than in the photos on Booking.com. The pictures are quite misleading and don’t reflect the actual condition of the property. There is no elevator, and going up and down the stairs was very difficult and uncomfortable. We stayed for seven nights, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing, especially considering the price. I also don’t understand how this property has a rating of around 8 on Booking.com. Based on my experience, a rating of 5 or 6 would be much more realistic. Although the staff were very nice, the property itself is definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it at this price.

comfortable stay at an accommodating space
Great communication to begin with. They offered to hold my luggage, but my room ended up being available to check-into early which was a nice bonus. All of the staff there are very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. The street is off the "main" road so it isn't that noisy, of course there are the usual city noises outside, but I never heard people above or across from me in the unit. The room is great for one person, I stayed here a week. Close to the square/subway/buses and walkable to most other points that you would be visiting.
nothing, they met all my expectations for the price. My room faced the street, so there was a little noise in the morning from the repair shop across the street, so maybe have some earplugs if your room faces the street.
