  インテリアがお洒落だった。タオルの交換を頼んだり、フローティングブレックファーストの準備や支払いをしたりするとき、何度も時間変更を頼んだが、柔軟に対応してくれた。 全体的に雰囲気がよく、プールも綺麗でよい。

  三つのうち一つの部屋に蚊がものすごく沸いていた。虫除けスプレーはあったのでよかったが、ここがもう少し対策されていればもっとよいと思った。また、2階部分には、椅子などが全くなかったので、少しリラックスできるようなソファや机があるともっとよいのではないかと感じた。

  Emplacement, villa neuve et bien décorée. Très prorpre, Piscine très grande. Nous avons loué des scooters ce qui nous à permis de visiter plus facilement. Je recommande!!

  Good but False Advirtesing

  The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they brought it immediately and were always happy to assist us. The villa was also very clean, and the location was great. We were especially happy with the staff and their service.

  Our biggest disappointment was the second floor. There was no sofa, sun lounger, or any furniture that would allow us to actually use and enjoy the space, so the entire second floor felt almost unusable. We also booked this villa specifically because it was advertised as having three bedrooms. However, the third bedroom was significantly smaller and had far fewer facilities than the other two rooms. It did not even have a sink where we could wash our hands. We raised this issue with the management and explained that we felt the difference between the rooms was unfair, but unfortunately, they did not offer us any solution or compensation. The staff were wonderful, but we were disappointed with the management and the way our concerns were handled.

  You don’t get what is advertised or what you pay for.

  The villa was spacious and the staff were friendly.

  Unfortunately, you don’t get what you pay for. We specifically booked this property because it was advertised with rice field views and a rooftop terrace, but our villa had neither – instead, we looked directly at a concrete wall. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The pool was dirty and needed attention, and the bathroom/shower areas were not properly cleaned. A sun bed was also missing and took several days to arrive. The staff apologized, but the main issue was never resolved. For the price, we expected the villa and experience shown in the listing.

  Super geräumige Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern. Privat Pool war klasse. Die Eigentümer haben uns am Tag der Ankunft empfangen und eine kurze Einweisung gegeben. Die waren auch immer über Whats App erreichbar. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es gab einen Wasserspender mit Trinkwasser, sodass man keine schweren Flaschen schleppen musste.
