Büyük olması ve metroya yakın olması harikaydı.
Çok pisti, özellikle koltuğun arkasında gözle görülür to birikintileri vardı. Banyo havluları temiz değildi. Ev genel olarak çok pisti. Fotoğraflarda tuvalette taharet musluğu var gibi gözüküyordu ancak maalesef yokmuş. Kötü bir deneyimdi.
