Excellent in all other areas except the one mentioned above.
It was an excellent stay for what we needed.
The girl at the desk has no customer service skills. She was around 5’3 dark hair. No name tag. It had Manager on duty on the wall. It wasn’t about one incident. It was about her overall demeanour. No good morning. I felt like I was a burden to her if I had a question. Very unacceptable. When we checked out she didn’t ask how we enjoyed our stay. She took our key said do want a receipt. I said yes. She looked at the computer and printed the receipt and gave it to me and said nothing.

Our neighbouring room was clearing smoking cannabis in a non-smoking room. It made our whole room smell very strong and we had young children with us. I kindly mentioned it to staff and they did nothing at all about it. They didn't speak to them, give a warning, they didn't offer to move our room, nothing. The staff member somewhat shrugged and continued looking at their phone. It was disappointing. The ph level in the pool was also obviously off.

Clean but needs upkeep.
The rooms are clean.
We had stayed here several times in the past year and the hot tub has been “under repair” every time. Clearly it’s not being looked at it’s just been left which is very disappointing.
