  Excelente experiência em acomodação com uma ótima relação custo-benifício.

  A casa é muito agradável! Para quem vai com família, como no meu caso, esposa e uma menina e um menino, o fato da casa ter 3 dormitórios e 3 banheiros, facilita demais. A gente chegava das atrações ou dos outlets cansados e as crianças iam cada um para o seu quarto, se ficassemos em um hotel pequeno seria terrível, mas nessa casa foi uma excelente experiência, sem falar da cozinha ampla e completa, ar condicionando gelando bem, piscina em um bom tamanho para se refrescar, Enfim, eu e minha família adoramos ficar 10 dias nessa acomodação.

  Gostei de tudo, já tinha ciência da distância da acomomdação até as principais atrações de Orlando (cerca de 40 min), mas era muito satisfatório voltar para casa e relaxar com bastante espaço, ar condicionado e piscina. Pelas comodidades da casa, vale a pena enfrentrar a distância. Eu aluguei um carro híbrido, muito econômico, ajudou a deixar a experiência mais agradável.

  The home was clean and beds were comfortable! We loved the privacy and space the home offered. Parking was great because you get to park 10 feet outside your rental. And my kids loved the private pool. It was the highlight of the trip! I would pick this home over and over!

  The location was an hour drive from MCO. Worth it but the distance from the parks make for a longer day.

  ATTENTION!!!!!!!! If I can give this a zero star I would. My family and I booked a 4 night stay here. When we arrived their air conditioning was not working. I called and they told me to settle in and it will kick on. That’s exactly what we did. We all started to shower and they upstairs shower started to leak on my Dad while he was cutting up some fruit. This was not a new leak. They have had this problem for quite some time. As the wall in the up stairs bathroom has severe water damage. The leak was coming out of the the kitchens canister light. Which is a fire hazard. I called cozy homes back and told them that the air never came on and about the leak. They sent a maintenance guy that spoke very broken English and he told us not to use the bathroom and that they would send someone to fix the air conditioning. At this point we had been there for two hours in 80 degree house. No one ever came. Booking.com told us they had 30 min to fix it. Then when I called back they told me that they had 48hrs to respond. Mind you I had 3 disabled people with me one in which was a minor. Oh and the pool that is featured is small enough to be a hot tub. The picture lie. Look closely and you will see how dirty this house is. Kitchen table is rusted. The towels were gray and they were supposed to be white. They refused to give me a refund and I didn’t even stay there. Evil people. I had to go find somewhere else to stay at 8:30 at night. I’m sorry to anyone else that has been ripped off by these people. Booking.com doesn’t care about you either. This was my kids first vacation and they are teenagers that never want to go on vacation again.
