Cheap and cheerful single room in a shared flat for a one night stay.
The location was excellent for an evening party on the north of the 'City'. 3 miles and a 45 min easy walk from Kings Cross station.

Great location for a night or two, no frills and a bit run down but good value, clean and equipped.
Great projector, comfortable bed, microwave and fridge provided in the room. Flexible check in was useful and accommodation is very well located.
Very humid in the flat (although inside the rooms itself was better), no way of hooking up shower. A bit confusing checking in as many lockboxes in the area, adding a colour or a symbol would have helped us in finding it. It did take us a few tries and instructions need to be followed very carefully.
