    Excellent location. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, has fairly recent renovations, and was clean. It was also quiet at night, with no noise from people outside the windows.

    The support from the manager was absolutely terrible. Upon arrival, I had to collect the keys from a lockbox: one key for the apartment, an access card for the elevator, and an access card for the building entrance. The key/card for the building entrance did not work, so I reported the issue via the Booking.com chat. Instead of trying to help, the response made me feel as though I was somehow at fault for the situation. Eventually, I was told that there was nothing they could do that day because the person responsible was out of town and would only return the next day. However, no one contacted me the following day either, so I had to wait every time for someone to leave the building in order to get inside.

    One of the best options in Batumi

    Felt like home, the apartment is stylish, cozy and well-equipped, the hosts were very responsive and helpful, everything was great, we enjoyed our stay
