    Horrendous stay.

    The staff, though very few, were courteous and good.

    To start with, the hotel is located at such a neighborhood that goes dark after sunset. Not a single street lamp. The room is really small, but I guess that one can expected with the given price tag. Now, the AC almost never works. Even at 16, you would only feel its existence ever so slightly. The bed linens seemed clean, but we're very very cheap. The pillow cover had a few stains. But, above all of this, my room, room no 405, was cockroach infested. The moment the light goes off, they begin their foray across the bed. Couldn't catch sleep at all. Booked it for 2 nights, but checked out after the 1st night and moved elsewhere.

    no streamline process

    location is good

    no daily cleaning. the flush was constantly running and the ac was on same temperature even on changing via remote. despite messaging and repeatedly asking the staff about the invoice i haven’t received the invoice till now. worst experience in service.
