The place is but the fact stated above is concerning

Location is very good and it’s clean

What I did not like was the fact they didn’t point out clearly that I will be charged a deposit before I decide to make a decision to book. This was only communicated with me after I had paid the money that was on the advertised. Worse of all the refund was due after checking out but up until now (21 June 2026) the said hasn’t been effected. Do I have to chase now?
