We would happily return if in Naples

The property is located in a mature/beautiful very well maintained gated community about 4 miles from the centre of Naples. Security entrance gates and seemed secure. Communal facilities included 2 large swimming pools, basket ball hoops, tennis, pickle ball and were an easy walk from the villa. The villa was great for a family of 4 but could easily accommodate 6. The pool at the villa was more than enough to keep the kids occupied. Comfortable and in a very quiet location and no noise from neighbors. A beautiful outlook to the rear together with a bit of wildlife over looking the lake. Off street parking and a large garage. Odd bits and pieces which can be used in the garage eg beach chairs. Nice large washing machine and drier.

Entrance door/front porch needs replacing and gave a poor first impression. Doors/windows throughout the villa all need replacing. Lighting/switches old and a bit confusing. Lounge seating whilst looking relatively new was in poor condition and needs replacing.
