The whole stay! The booking, communication from Peter, the helpful messages, the parking, the apartment ( superb as the title suggests!), the location and the check out! Just fantastic!

Relaxed, refreshed and a homely stay in the Scarborough Penthouse ( with lift ).
Rather than book my usual hotel for a short stay I decided to book an apartment instead and it was the right decision. As soon as we stepped out of the lift we felt straight at home. It was neatly kept and very comfortable. The views over the rooftops and of the sea were amazing ! Later in the evening it was great to have a glass of wine on the lovely balcony even though it was mid September, I could imagine what it would be like in the summer months. The town centre or the beach attractions were a comfortable walk 15- 20 mins with great views. All amenities were also in the apartment if you wanted to stay in and cook evening meals. Overall the stay was excellent.

It was a new experience to stay in a penthouse.
Location is close to both the North and South Bay. A convenient store and cafés are walking distance. I liked the size of the bedrooms and bathroom. It's a great space for a couple or a small family of young children.
One bed (in the room with no other beds) had a dirty sheet (I took a picture;) in a corner of the room beside the TV I reached to plug in a charger and found hair which was uncomfortable, there was a dirty mug left in the cupboard and the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned. I couldn't find a hoover to clean.

Lift access directly into the apartment was useful. The views of Scarborough were amazing. The front room/kitchen is a mega sun trap in the morning. The novo coffee bar round the corner is perfect for breakfast. The beds were super comfy and the parking space out the back handy.
Not much, if I was being picky it's a bit of a walk back from the seafront. We had planned to use the cliff top railway/loft but the one closest to the apartment is out of order at the moment.
