La ubicación
Que no había plazas de parking suficiente y no pude aparcar mi coche. Que no había suficiente aire acondicionado. Que es muy pequeño. El edificio está muy deteriorado. Mala explicación por parte del anfitrión para acceder al apartamento. En la fotos parecía más grande. Un solo ascensor para trece pisos. A menos de un día de marcharnos el anfitrión nos hizo recomendaciones cuando nos dijo que nos haría el primer día.

100%ig zu empfehlen, klein aber fein mit allem was man braucht
Die Lage des und die Ausstattung des Apartments waren hervorragend, im 8. Stock unterhalb des Hotels Baja Azul, mit Blick aufs Meer und kleinem Balkon. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und das Einkaufszentrum Forum Madeira mit großem Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Tiago war ein toller Vermieter, gab Informationen zum Check-in und -out klar und rechtzeitig weiter und hatte auch viele Tipps für uns. Offiziell war der Check-out um 11 Uhr, Tiago hatte uns angeboten, gerne länger zu bleiben. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Es gibt Parkplätze im Innenhof, diese sind aber gegen Abend oder am Wochenende schwer zu bekommen, wenn man die Straße weiterfährt, kommt man zu einem Parkhaus, das vom Preis her günstig ist (1€ pro Stunde bis zu maximal 8,50€ für 24 Stunden) und man bekommt immer einen Parkplatz dort. Der Aerobus fährt vom Flughafen bis zum o.g. Hotel und mit den Linien 1 und 2 kommt man in die Innenstadt und zum Hafen.
Nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt, es gab lediglich keinen Wäscheständer um gewaschene Wäsche aufzuhängen.
