    Modern and comfortable

    The location is very good, a few steps from Carrefour and a walking distance from Medina. Quite clean, but not deep cleaned. The host was constantly in contact with us. In general all is fine.

    I booked the second time without Booking, in cash, 2 days (20-22.10.2026). So, early in the morning I was collecting my luggage and the next two women wanted to stay. They arrived earlier than expected my Check-out time as the host proposed the access and told them to come when they want. The host proposed the other people to get the keys and enter into the apartment before my Check-out time finished. The next issue: Booking accounted that they got all for cleaning in advance. I payed all but I had to pay again the same money as she insisted that it is a must. I decided to pay to easy the situation. Be careful with it.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé La propriétaire est adorable, toujours joignable, disponible et très serviable. Tout était parfait, de l’accueil à la propreté des lieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement

    L'immeuble était propre et sécurisé. L'hôte était très respectueuse et réactive par message, et la femme de ménage qui nous a remis les clés était gentille.

    Malgré une excellente note un statut Genius, cet appartement a été une très grande déception. Rien n'est mentionné dans l'annonce concernant le chantier juste à côté de l'immeuble commence à 8h du matin : bruit insupportable et poussière . De plus, il y avait une odeur très désagréable et forte qui remontait du drain de la salle de bain.
