We did not have a good experience in this apartment.
The apartment was well equipped and clean. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly but the problems with the apartment seem to be out of her control. The location was far from the town centre and beach but with easy parking nearby.
AC unit leaking water so we needed to put a bucket down to prevent the balcony being flooded. Balcony is closed on 3 sides so the AC unit heats it up which is not nice in summer. Ceramic cooker is not powerful enough to cook a family meal. We made the booking for four people, but the apartment does not comfortably sleep four people- my son had to sleep on a very uncomfortable inflatable mattress for the week. No towels or sheets were provided (communicated to us before by the owner but not stated in the Booking.com English listing). The building is old and severely lacks maintenance, the entry and stairs are dilapidated and dark at night-time. The building felt a little like a prison. The wall murals are in French which is rather strange given that this is a Spanish holiday experience, I guess that it's designed to be a home-from-home for French guests, which we are not. The treatment by the agency in charge of welcoming us and making our stay comfortable was terrible. They are only open 3.5 hours a day and we never saw any of their staff- they insisted that we put the payment for the tourist tax, in cash in the keybox, and when we checked out, it was still there ! They asked us to check out at 10am even though in the Booking.com listing it gives a checkout time of 11am. Our contact person at the agency apparently only speaks French, neither English or Spanish, and uses auto-translate to Spanish which seemingly cause problems with translation. The owner has been very apologetic and promised to pay us some compensation once she received a refund from the agency for their poor service. It's not been received yet, however we think that it's not the point because the income, and ultimate responsibility should be with the owner. The owner has told us that they are very disappointed with the services of the agency and are looking for a new one. It's our opinion that until she does, she should not be listing this apartment for holiday bookings.

La comodidad y la ubicación. Además, no había ningún problema para aparcar.
No pudimos usar la terraza porque se acumulaba mucho calor.
