    • Very close by to the metro and local shops. • All amenities provided.

    • There is only one AC, which is in the living area. In order to cool down the bedroom it must be on a lower temperature which can make it really cold for those staying on the sofa bed. • Host’s communication was a bit poor. We received the check-in details only a couple of hours before our flight into Rome, which of course was quite stressful as we were arriving in the early morning. We had to contact booking.com earlier in the day and even they couldn’t get a hold of the host. I asked the host some questions through booking.com which they never answered and there was a lack of acknowledgment overall.

    Excellent Location

Great location for families. Convenient access to public transportation, supermarkets, and local restaurants, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.

The kitchen was quite basic and lacked some essential cooking utensils, making it difficult to prepare meals. A microwave oven was also missing, which would have been very useful. Adding a few more kitchen items and a microwave would greatly improve the stay for future guests.
