    Poor services

    The facilities is very beautiful and location is great .

    The services is very poor.. The WiFi though connected but no Internet, no hot water and not instructions on how to get the hot water heating on. All calls and messages for assistance were not promptly replied . Overall, poor value for the cost of booking.

    I booked a 2 bed property and this was chsnged on day of arrival to a 1 bed. Totally unsuitable for our needs i raised this with the owner and still have not received a response. I would expect to have been provided with the property I paid for. The property overlooks a train line and there is almost constant noise all night. Overall and awful experience

    Very dissatisfied customer. Poor communication and need better management of property.

    Good location

    Room wasn’t ready on time. We arrived at advised check in time and had to wait 2.5 hrs for room to apparently be ready. Attempted to check in, rubbish left outside of apartment. Nil electricity at apartment. As customer I was asked to help cleaner with electrical panel to get working. At this point I cancelled entire booking (first time ever)
