  Great location and pool, but sadly let down by a misleading listing and persistent power issues.

  We really liked the location and the outside area. It was only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The outside area had a great pool, and plenty of sunbeds and seating areas with options to be in the sun or shaded.

  Overall, we were disappointed with our stay, particularly as the villa did not match the listing and we experienced repeated power failures throughout our two-week holiday. The property is specifically advertised as a four-bedroom luxury villa "spread across two spacious levels". In reality, it is spread across THREE levels: two bedrooms upstairs, one on the ground floor and the fourth in a basement. This was particularly problematic as we were travelling with two young children (4 & 2) and an elderly grandparent. The basement bedroom was separated from the other bedrooms by numerous stairs and was so far away that even our baby monitor wouldn’t connect. It contained two single beds on opposite sides of a dark room, with only a tiny window high in one corner providing very limited natural light. It was not remotely comparable to the other bedrooms or what we expected from a luxury villa. Had the listing accurately described the fourth bedroom as being in a basement on a separate third level, we would not have booked. As the basement was unusable for our family, we had to convert the living room into a bedroom, meaning we effectively had three usable bedrooms AND lost our main communal living space. We also experienced a power cut at approximately 1am every second night throughout our entire stay. Each time, the AC, fridge/freezer, lights and baby monitors lost power, requiring us to get up and manually reset the fuse board. We repeatedly reported this but the issue was never resolved. Being woken at 1am on half the nights of our holiday to restore the electricity, particularly with two young children, was completely unacceptable. We paid for a four-bedroom luxury villa across two levels and simply did not receive what was advertised. Between the misleading listing, unusable fourth bedroom, loss of our living space and persistent electrical problems, we left feeling extremely disappointed and, frankly, ripped off.

  Excellent villa excellent host excellent location bad bad WiFi

  The location and layout of the villa is superb // the initial food and welcome was also excellent.

  The WIFI is terrible - always dropping and sometimes not working for an hour at a time so when watching movies or streaming music by the pool a nightmare. I know a modern problem but it needs upgrading as it’s an old DSL router system.

  Can’t wait to visit this property next year

  The property has everything you need it has a pool, balconies in every room with great views. It even has a sauna Walking distance from the beach 15 minute drive to the Limani

  Alles super 👍 Gerne jederzeit wieder!

  Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen, alles war sauber, sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht sehr schöner Außenbereich mit einem sehr sauberem Pool. Tolle Lage! Sehr sympathischer Vermieter, alles prima!
