    This place is the definition of the bare minimum and is in serious need of an update.

    Kitchen was well kept. Laundry worked perfect. Shower had very good pressure and was very hot.

    It technically worked. I couldn’t sleep in the bedroom because it just felt cold (not temperature) just honestly a bit creepy. I ended up sleeping on the couch. I have never been happier to leave a booking before. A little touch up would go a long way.

    A great place to stay at a great value in downtown Burlington

    Obviously an older property but it was clean and had everything we needed for simple meals and laundry. Host lives above but we were not bothered by any noise.

    Be careful backing out of driveway. Tall plants and grasses obscure view.
