  Confortable but needs urgent renovations

  Great location with lots of groceries and food options, spacious flat with very comfortable bed and couch and nice kitchen! The air condition works great and with windows closed the street can’t be heard much.

  The bathroom is in bad condition, no shower curtain and no shelves to lay or hang anything. The floor is always wet because there are leaks from the shower and toilet. It seems from the reviews that this is something that hasn’t been fixed for over a year… Also the tv wasnt working at all so dont expect to be able to use it! The kitchen could have used some more utensils like one more pot and a pan, there was no cutting board, no trash bags or kitchen towels When we arrived there was no key for the apartment but then the owner responded quickly and we received it. We never met thwm in person but they were always fast at responding

  appartamento a circa 10 min da piazza scanderberg, senza posto auto, le chiavi sono da ritirarsi autonomamente presso una cassettina posta giù al portone di ingresso. Casa silenziosa spaziosa, dotata di vari confort.

  da migliorare la pulizia dei mobili, c'erano residui di cibo nei mobili e la pulizia del bagno.

  nel bagno non c era tenda box doccia e la tv non funzionava non era pulitissimo quando siamo arrivati
