    Terrible Customer Service

    Modern property. Excellent location.

    The accommodation itself was fine, but we experienced several issues, including the pool being closed for most of our stay, noisy building works starting early each morning (no prior warning), painting in communal areas (no prior warning) and a broken, unsafe travel cot. The biggest disappointment was the appalling customer service. Our messages were largely ignored, promised callbacks never happened, and the accommodation provider offered absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. We had to go through Booking.com to obtain even a small amount of compensation. Unforseen problems can happen, but the lack of communication, care and accountability was extremely disappointing.  We would not book with Sur Suites again.

    De vraag moet wat je niet beviel 1 had mijn kleinkinderen bij me die zwemmen wouden en was het zwembad gesloten tot 12 okt. 2 er word achter het gebouw gebouwd iedere ochtend 08.00 werd er voll gewerkt (boel lawaai) 3 werd er in het trappenhuis geschilderd 3 dagen dat we door de lucht van tinner of zoiets of verfverdunner niet s'morgens weg moesten van de stank. Dus ik weet eingelijk niet waar ik kan klagen maar ben van vacantie terug en gestresst zou een fijne vacantie zijn met vriendelijke groet derk overink.

    Amplio y moderno. Bien equipado. Personal muy amable.

    Las sábanas y las toallas tenían un color y aspecto de mal lavadas. El parking tenía poca disponibilidad no pudimos aparcar dentro.
