    Great apartment, great outdoor balcony local to all the bars & restaurants

    The property was clean, great location and host was very good

    We had a problem with the hot water but when contacted the host was told to run it for 25 minutes

    Nice clean spacious apartment. Close to all amenities. Good swimming pool. Double beds were comfortable. Location 9th floor. Good response from management. Our flight was totally messed up but they sent photos of what to do and how to get the key. There is a sofa bed. There were beach chairs and a parasol that came very handy as we had an 8 year old.. For our purpose, it was an ideal location. As we are vegetarians, restaurants are nearby if needed. Small improvements and would have been perfect. I know there are heaters but blankets or duvets would have been nice. Swimming pool was great grand daughter loved it. Just a few people there. Don't forget to take pool voucher otherwise they won't allow you in. Would visit again if they do small improvements. But if you are not too fussy then please book and have a great time.

    From what we are used to, the following were missing. No kitchen roll or dish drying rack in kitchen. Although there is a dishwasher but for a few items best to provide one. No hand soap so we supplied one. No cereal bowls and no chopping board. Bathroom no shower gel. No hot water, takes about 10 minutes of running the tap before you get decent decent water. There should have been instructions about disposal of rubbish. Instructions about what the keys do and the apartment door electronic keypad need to be supplied in advance. If there is a very late check in then a key box at the apartment would have been ideal. During the day they would meet you which is great. Sofa bed, the mattress protector is awful, needs to be changed and double bedsheets need to be provided. Small improvements needed. Swimming pool needs a bit of work but not overcrowded.
