  Amazing apartment, great location!

  This is a gem of an apartment! Beautiful decor, spacious and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean! Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was in a fabulous location also.

  Nothing to not like, maybe a few hooks for towels in the bedroom would be good. Also table on the balcony is very large a smaller round one would work better! But this is just suggestions as the place was fabulous!

  Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement. Tout s’est très bien passé, l’appartement était correct et conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons simplement trouvé un peu dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la vue en raison des travaux en cours, ce qui était légèrement gênant, notamment pendant les moments où nous souhaitions nous détendre sur place. Mais dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.

  Sejours confortable

  appartemet tres propre, neuf ! vue sur mer. Tout le necessaire etait a notre disposition. L'agence qui nous a loué l'appartement etait tres serviable.

  We booked this apartment specifically for its sea view and balcony. However, when we arrived, we discovered that major construction/maintenance works were being carried out on the building. The entire balcony is blocked and covered by the works, which means we cannot properly use it or enjoy the sea view we paid for. There is also absolutely no privacy, as workers are working and moving up and down directly in front of our balcony and even in front of the bedroom window. In addition, the construction works cause significant noise every morning. We are regularly woken up around 8:00 AM by drilling and other loud noises. We were not informed about these construction/maintenance works before our arrival. Furthermore, we arrived at 2:00 PM and immediately informed the person responsible that we had arrived. We were told that the apartment would be ready by 4:00 PM. However, the apartment was not ready until around 5:00 PM and was still being cleaned when we arrived. We already submitted a complaint, and the property asked us to provide photos as proof. We sent the requested photos, but since then, we have received absolutely no response. This is extremely disappointing and shows a very poor level of communication and customer service. We took the time to provide all the requested evidence, yet our complaint has simply been ignored without any explanation or follow-up.

  The location was lovely and so was the house! very comfortable beds

  The lifts were scary
