    Great place to stay - easy access to all the town has to offer.

    Great location with plenty of parking. Rooms were large and properly furnished with microwave and mini-fridge. Bed was clean and comfortable. I would easily stay there again. Breakfast was adequate to start the day; scrambled eggs, omelettes (likely frozen) bagels, cereal, juice, coffee, biscuits.

    Great value

    Location was fantastic as did not need to deal with Apple Butter Festival traffic. Short drive to visit Cacapon State Park. Breakfast included eggs which is not often part of a motel breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Basic motel style but met all our needs for a weekend stay.

    Older hotel with good breakfast. If you are looking for a place to sleep for a night or two on your way somewhere else,

    Clean, decorated for the season, good breakfast.

    Very dark, minimal lighting on the road leading up to the parking lot and then minimal lighting in the parking lot. Lots of stray cats running around the parking lot. No elevator. Mattress protector was stained. Water main break caused a boil water advisory so we couldn’t use the water for brushing teeth, coffee, etc. Had to go buy our own bottled water. Didn’t feel comfortable eating at any of the local restaurants during this time just to be on the safe side.
