    Lots of good points

    Staff, room, location all very good. Didn't swim in pool but it looked inviting. Surin beach was a lovely beach, just over the road

    3% charge on credit card. Breakfast staff were lovely. The breakfast itself was fairly basic but that was OK as it included the option of an omelette and I have never had a bad omelette in Thailand. Until now... The pebble flooring in the bathroom and particularly in the shower might have been good for our feet but we found it was very uncomfortable to walk/stand on
