Très décevant : humidité, infiltrations d'eau et manque de suivi
La superficie de l'appartement était intéressante et le prix semblait attractif au moment de la réservation. Malheureusement, ces points positifs n'ont pas suffi à compenser les problèmes rencontrés.
Séjour très décevant du 16 au 18 août. Une forte odeur d'humidité et de moisi était présente dans l'appartement. Des traces noires ressemblant à des moisissures étaient visibles autour des fenêtres, comme le montrent mes photographies. Plus grave encore, l'eau de pluie pénétrait dans le logement par une fenêtre située en hauteur. Aucun contact ni suivi de la part de l'hébergement pendant nos deux nuits. Les conditions réelles étaient très éloignées de ce que nous attendions au vu de l'annonce. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement dans son état actuel.

Rain leaked through attic bedroom velux window on to bed. Rain also leaked through windows at top of staircase on to the very steep wooden stairs - health & safety risk.

Nella Venezia in zona tranquilla
Posizione comoda, vicino a parcheggio a pagamento, appartamento curato e molto pulito. Letti comodi e zona silenziosa anche durante l'evento di Effetto Venezia che si svolge nel quartiere!
Odore forte proveniente dagli scarichi del bagno. scale di accesso ripide, pre-chekin autonomo senza identificazione visiva
