Lovely staff. Hotel is somewhat rundown but everything was clean.

Staff and food were very good but rooms and the plumbing in the property are poor. On leaving we were not even asked if everything had been ok.

Sutherland Inn - One night stay
Sutherland was just fine for one evening. If you want to eat there you had better get there early as I arrived right around 7pm and was not able to order food. There is a co op across the street and a chinese take away next door however. You won't be parking close as you'll need to park across and down the street at the public lot. The stay was acceptable as I wanted to be close to Brora Golf Club for an early tee time the next day.

Old inn 1813 nice , however the water never came hot ! So couldn’t get in shower / bath .Breakfast was lovely and very nice staff .
