The mansion is a beautiful and special gem in San Francisco
The Mansion is absolutely gorgeous restoration. Built in 1881, survived the 1906 earthquake and fire.

El personal espectacularmente profesional y amable, particularmente Amanda. El desayuno de gran calidad.
Algunas cosas no funcionaron como la Televisión. El hotel tiene un olor extraño (es una mansion con 150 años de antigüedad, pero deberían poner solución) El precio, excesivamente caro de acuerdo a las instalaciones y ubicación. Más de 600 $ la noche y otros 70 $ de aparcamiento por día. La singularidad del establecimiento no justifica ese precio

Not worth the money
The staff was very nice and helpful and the bed was comfortable
The King Room was super small, we could barely fit our luggage in there and had to step over it all the time and to open it was almost impossible. It‘s unfortunately pretty loud because the window isn‘t isolated so you can hear the street and everything. There is almost no breakfast to speak of, I would definitely recommend going someplace else to eat

Staff were friendly and did their best but the accommodation was very average and definitely not value for money. Would
Location and the bed was very comfortable.
Property was very tired and smelt very musty. Hated being in the attic room which was very crammed. Hardly any room to open suitcases or move around in. Air conditioning was ineffective and we couldn’t open a window for fresh air. Breakfast was very average and unappealing. The lift did not work on check out (we were placed on the third floor attic room which we did not choose) and there was no staff to assist with luggage. Glad we did not stay for more than 2 nights!
