This was the second time I’d stayed here (with different guests) Already looking forward to stay number 3

Set in beautiful grounds, it’s more like a resort than a hotel which gives it a really open feel. Also love the fact that you can book the pool, sauna and hot tub for your personal use/that of your guests. Staff are friendly and helpful and when we experienced a problem, we’re on hand quickly to sort it out.

A gorgeous setting, comfortable and clean with everything you need for a relaxing getaway, I wish we had stayed for long

Clean, accessible, and very comfortable. We were a large party with two accommodations and we all had a comfortable nights sleep.

Sure everyone’s experience and expectation differ but it wasn’t quite what I expected.

Location perfect for driving to the Moors. Gardens were lovely and friend liked the Sauna.

Think it should be made ultra clear which apartments are definitely NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Multiple stairs to and inside the Cleveland Suite made for a very painful experience. Pleasant apartment with up to date bathroom though kitchen rather tired.
