    Brilliant

    I didn't expect to find such a great hotel in Svalbard, honestly. It is very warm, clean, and comfortable, with welcoming personnel who are always ready to help with anything you need. Everything was flawless, and I am extremely happy with this choice. The creative design makes it feel really special and cosy.

    Exceptional.

    The overall atmosphere - incredibly peaceful with great staff (I was always made to feel very welcome by all). And immaculate throughout.
