* At the time of check-in, a government issued photo ID i.e. driver’s license, passport, ID card etc. will be required from ALL guests staying over the age of 18. * Apartments are accessed via a mobile key, whereby guests are required to download an app. * Housekeeping service is available upon request at an additional charge. * Apartments are only accessible by stairs there is no elevator/elevator in the building. Please add all guests' names to the booking. The card and cardholder must be present upon arrival with ID for verification. If the credit/debit card cannot be produced, alternatively, a second payment can be made at check-in by a different method, and the original card will be refunded. A fine of GBP 150 will be imposed on any guest who smokes on the hotel premises. SW1 Apartments does not accept Virtual Cards as a method of payment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
