    Perfect setup for a Fam of 5!

    Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach, straight down the street from Harris Teeter and the ABC store, pool was nice and the unit was clean and set up perfectly for a family of 5. No issues with parking and everyone was very friendly. Keyless entry which eliminated having to go to an office to get keys.

    The deck boards need some attention as far as nails sticking out and some were rotting here and there. Nothing crazy. Wear shoes and you're fine!
